We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. Plans are billed once a year; time passes are paid once and do not renew. There is no free plan, because free plans attract the people we keep out.

Tell us why and we will look at it. There is no "buy more" button: we raise limits for people who can show their mail is wanted.

- Sending on ports 587, 465 and 2525, from anywhere in the world
- Set-up guides for Outlook, Apple Mail, iPhone and iPad, Android, Thunderbird, WordPress, and printers and scanners
- Your own customer area: usage, a sending log, password resets, verified addresses
- A person to email when something is not right
- Automatic protection: if a message looks like spam we hold it and tell you, rather than send it and damage your name
Good to know
- New accounts start on a lower daily limit for the first two weeks. This protects everyone, including you. It rises automatically as long as your sending is clean.
- We check every new customer by hand, usually within a working day.
- Consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of buying. See our Terms.
- Prices are for sending email from addresses you own or control. You cannot send "from" a Yahoo, AOL, BT or Virgin Media address through any outside service, because those providers tell the world to reject such mail. See the FAQ.
