If you received spam, a scam or anything else unwanted that was sent through ASMTP, please tell us. We act on genuine reports quickly.
How to report it
Email abuse@asmtp.com with the full headers of the message, or attach the message itself as a file. We read that mailbox every working day.
The headers matter: every message sent through ASMTP carries a line that tells us which account sent it, so we can act on the right one.
You can also use the contact form and choose "Report spam or abuse sent through ASMTP".
What happens next
A person looks at every report. We do not tell you what we find or what action we take, because that concerns another customer, but we do act. Our Acceptable Use Policy says what is not allowed and what we do about it.
